Study is waste of taxpayer money

This is in response to a recent article about the Friends of Indian Land (FOIL) published in The Lancaster News. According to one of the Lancaster County Council members, FOIL members do really good research. It seems to me that they didn’t do any research on the housing development that they chose to live in. If they had, they would have known that it is built next door to an industrial park.
I think it is a waste of taxpayer money for the county to spend on some dumb study just to please these people.
