A local real estate company is investing $200,000 to $250,000 in the renovations of a strip mall on South Wylie Street in Lancaster.
Izco bought the building, which formerly held Perry's Pharmacy, from a private owner last fall. In December, renovations started on the interior and exterior of the building, said Izco managing partner Phillip Scott.
When the renovations are complete, the results will be a contemporary commercial building, Scott said.
"We will make it look real nice," he said.
