During the past year, we have been very critical of U.S. Congressman John Spratt and his voting record.
In fact, we have written several letters to the editor expressing our displeasure. We strongly believed Mr. Spratt had been mistakenly following Nancy Pelosi’s lead in recent years on the many bills being considered in Congress.
