Solid effort keys Lady Vols in win over GFHS

KERSHAW - The Andrew Jackson Lady Volunteers produced a solid showing in posting a 54-44 basketball win over Great Falls on Saturday night in the AJ gym.

The Lady Vols' win gave AJ a split of the league twin bill. Great Falls notched a tough 52-44 win in the nightcap.

AJ girls coach Dennis Farmer said the Lady Vols had their "best overall performance of the season" in taking the 10-point comeback win.
