INDIAN LAND – The new water tower in Indian Land may display some school pride if a group of local residents has anything to say about it.  David Freeman and some other Indian Land residents have begun circulating a petition to present to the Lancaster County Water and Sewer District board requesting to paint something other than the company’s “Quality on Tap” logo on the tower. The water tower is adjacent to Indian Land Elementary and Middle Schools and is highly visible from U.S.
