The duo of Greg Sigmon and Chris Langley captured first-place honors in the third annual Friends of the Lady Jackets bass fishing tournament held Saturday at Fishing Creek Landing.
Sigmon and Langley teamed for 14.46 pounds to top the 11-boat field.
Jeff Segee and Logan Segee, a standout on the BHS basketball and baseball teams, finished second with 14.22 pounds.
The first big fish was a 4.89-pounder which was landed by Ronald “Punk” Reid and Ronnie Jenkins.
The second big fish was a 4.63-pounder weighed in by David Love and Corey Love.
