Department recieves 2012 Santee Cooper Excellence in Law Enforcement award

Members of the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office learned last week their agency was the winner of a state excellence award.
The sheriff’s office is this year’s recipient of the Santee Cooper Excellence in Law Enforcement Award, according to a sheriff’s office press release.
