Investigators are sifting through the events of a Lancaster party during which a woman was stabbed twice with a knife early Wednesday morning, Sept. 18.
Deputies responded to Springs Memorial Hospital at 12:21 a.m. to investigate the reported assault of a 31-year-old woman, according to a Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office press release.
The victim told deputies she was at a party on Mangum Drive in Lancaster when she had an altercation with another woman.
