Seniors edge Chester, 5-3

The Lancaster Post 31 senior team capped a 3-0 week, but it was with a tough win.
P-31, in Legion baseball League V play, edged Chester, 5-3 to push its mark to 6-0 on the season.
“It was a battle, but we pulled through,” Lancaster senior team coach Quinton Rodgers said.
Chester, with two first-inning runs, held a 2-0 lead early.
Lancaster came back to take a 3-2 lead after four innings, but Chester tied the game at 3-all in the top of the seventh.
