While covering a story at Covenant Baptist Church on Feb. 8., the roles were reversed, and I wound up as a source in several other articles.
Forty middle-schoolers throughout the county were taking notes in their reporter pads and asking questions - all in an effort to write that perfect news story. I happened to be one of the people who was on the receiving end of those inquiries.
Ten students from four middle schools in the Lancaster County School District participated in a read-in event that day. They had previously volunteered to read a book and met to discuss it.
