Will Wrenn wants someone to listen to the needs of the southern end of Lancaster County.
Sitting at a small table inside a gym at the Buford Recreation Center, the Kershaw resident made his feelings known to members of the Lancaster County Capital Project Sales Tax Commission on Tuesday evening, May 6.
“We need roads badly. Come to Kershaw and you’ll see,” Wrenn said. “We’re the redheaded stepchild of Lancaster County. We only get (what we need) at the end.”
