KERSHAW – Wayne Rhodes feels good about his recent trip to Washington, D.C.
The town of Kershaw mayor and a host of other Lancaster County officials traveled to the nation’s capital last week to state their case for federal money to upgrade a local railroad line.
The federal Department of Transportation reportedly has more than $400 million in grant money available for entities across the country that seek infrastructure improvements.
