It has been more than 20 years since Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm took over as the No. 1 news story. The American military performed in a superb manner and the war was soon brought to a successful conclusion.
The unit is preparing to have a reunion on March 26 to commemorate the end of the Desert Storm conflict and to gather as many of the former members together as possible.
