Progress continues on Veterans Monument

We continue to see a steady progress on the Veterans Monument since our last report May 29.
Installation of underground utilities is complete. The three sections of curved wall that will hold panels of inlaid granite with veterans’ names has been built, but is not complete.
Brick pavers purchased by sponsors and supporters have been laid. Cutting of the stone for the base and cap are complete. Cutting of the stone for the 10-foot mid-section is scheduled for the last week of July and the first week of August.
