According to Lancaster Police Department reports:

- A Lancaster woman was arrested on a drug charge after police received a complaint about drug activity in the West Barr Street area.

Crystal Darnell Thomas, 37, 1429 Grace Ave., was charged with possession of crack cocaine. Officers saw a truck near Westside Cemetery, the report said. Officers were familiar with the truck and knew the owner of the vehicle frequents drug areas, the report said.

Officers stopped the vehicle at French and West Meeting streets after the driver crossed the center line three times on West Barr Street, the report said.

During a search, officers found crack cocaine in Thomas’ pocket, the report said.

According to Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office reports:

- Richard Frank Starnes, 37, 1881 Dusty Pine Lane, was charged with public drunkenness and resisting arrest April 16.

According to the report, a deputy patrolling Tradesville Road saw a person walking in the road. The man appeared unsteady on his feet, the report said.

The deputy questioned the man, later identified as Starnes. The deputy learned that Starnes was wanted on an outstanding bench warrant. Starnes ran from the deputy, the report said. The deputy caught Starnes and took him to the ground to get him handcuffed, the report said.

- A Lancaster man was arrested after a deputy stopped him for not using a turn signal April 17.

The report said the deputy stopped Patrick Codellia Evans, 24, 1805 Pardue St., on Camp Drive. The deputy found that Evans was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

Evans ran toward Knollwood Apartments, the report said.

After Evans ignored commands to stop running, one of the deputies shot him with a Taser, the report said.

Evans was charged with resisting arrest.
