According to Lancaster Police Department reports:

• Ravenell H. Parker, 33, 513 Oxford Place, Lancaster, was charged Feb. 21 with simple possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct. Cynthia Maness Cauthen, 42, 513 Oxford Place, Lancaster, was also arrested at the same time for disorderly conduct.
