According to Lancaster Police Department reports:
• Martinez Johnnell Cloud, 19, was charged Oct. 16 with simple possession of marijuana, driving under suspension and operating uninsured vehicle.

According to Lancaster County Sheriff's Office reports:
• Residents of the Arrowood neighborhood reported that their mailboxes were vandalized on Oct. 16.
A total of 16 mailboxes were damaged in the neighborhood, the report said. They were damaged on on Windsor, Arrowood and Strafford drives and Charles Avenue. Damage was estimated at $350. No suspects were listed on the report.
• With an explosion of glass, an Indian Land resident got a surprise four-legged visitor on Sunday.
Dennis Bouton told a Lancaster County sheriff's deputy that about 9 a.m., he was in his living room at his Dunrobin Drive home when he heard an “explosion” and then saw a whitetail deer running through his kitchen, according to a Lancaster County Sheriff's Office incident report.
The deer apparently jumped through the back door glass. Bouton said he ran upstairs and the deer ran toward the front door. The deer eventually got out through the shattered back door, the report said.
Another resident said she was walking her dog in the parking lot of the housing complex and saw several deer running through the area. The woman said she heard the deer running through Bouton's home.
The glass door, hardwood floors and the kitchen table and chairs were damaged in the incident. Damage was estimated at $2,000, the report said.
• Damiano Jermaine Gaston, 22, 1869 Santa Barbara Drive, was charged with simple possession of marijuana on Oct. 9.
