Police reports – January 16, 2011

According to Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office reports:
• Deputies responded to a car fire outside an Indian Land house on Jan. 7. The owner of the car told deputies she started the car so it would warm up, but when she came back outside and drove the car, she noticed smoke and fire coming from under the hood. The Pleasant Valley Volunteer Fire Department responded. Damage is estimated at $1,500.
