What was meant to appear like a frantic armed robbery was more like an acting skit, police say.
Crystal Robinson, store manager at Meeting Street Express convenience store, told Lancaster police that she had been robbed Monday morning at gun point.
She said two masked men entered the store – one pointed a black handgun and the other took a bag of money from her.
Lancaster police now say that Robinson wasn't robbed, but was part of a four-person conspiracy to take money from the store.
