Please require developers to preserve green space

I really hope that all the new development in Indian Land will be thoughtfully laid out.
As green space is lost, I hope developers will be expected to build it into their new plazas, sidewalks and community-type centers of gathering.
I am thinking of playgrounds with tables and chairs so folks can gather and talk by fountains, while their kids play in green areas.
It would be unfortunate if Indian Land becomes yet another concrete jungle.
