Despite hitting a speed bump earlier this year, the issue of parking enforcement is once again being considered by county officials.
Months after a skirmish over no- parking signs between the residents of Indian Land’s Arlington neighborhood and their homeowners association was discussed at Lancaster County Council, the issue returned to council’s agenda July 22.
County Administrator Steve Willis brought the idea back to council in advance of a proposed parking violation ordinance, which has been endorsed by Lancaster County Fire Service.
