KERSHAW – Plans for major improvements and expansion at Stevens Park were discussed at Kershaw Town Council’s most recent meeting Monday, Nov. 19.
Frances Moreland and Beverly Timmons – members of the Kershaw Community Park Council – shared their visions for growth at the town-owned park, located off Close Circle.
