A former employee of an Indian Land recycling business said the owner pulled a gun on him, though deputies declined to file charges, saying the owner acted in self-defense.
According to the incident report, a former employee of Pressley’s Recycling Center called Lancaster County sheriff’s deputies around 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, to the
Exxon gas station across the street from the business in the 9500 block of Charlotte Highway.
