Mulvaney to speak at events

U.S. District 5 Congressman Mick Mulvaney of Indian Land will be speaking at several area events in the next few weeks, including a press conference, a series of town halls and a tea party rally.
Press conference
Mulvaney will hold a press conference at Resolute Forest Products (formerly Abitibi Bowater) to introduce the Keeping Promises to Taxpayers Act of 2012 at 3 p.m. today.  
This bill, which will be introduced in the House on Feb. 26, would repeal 12 tax increases signed into law by President Barack Obama.
