James Pringle looked out the window of the Lancaster Fatherhood Project on a recent Monday morning and saw someone digging through a trash can looking for aluminum cans.
Lancaster County is going through some tough times, with the closing of local Springs Global plants and rising prices for just about everything, including gasoline and food.
But Pringle has been working for the last four years to do something about it.
