A Lancaster man was treated and released after being shot Thursday morning outside Goodtime Charlie's on West Meeting Street.
A motorist was driving by the business about 5 a.m. and saw a Chevrolet Impala speeding out of the parking lot, according to a Lancaster Police Department incident report. The witness went inside and saw the shooting victim seated near the bar with a gunshot wound to his upper left thigh, the report said.
