A 60-year-old man died Tuesday night after a fire broke out at his East Dunlap Street home.
Lucious Waters was killed inside his home at 503 E. Dunlap St. some time after 8 p.m. Tuesday night. Neighbors across the street called the fire department around 8:20 p.m. and the Lancaster Fire Department responded about three minutes later.
Lancaster County Fire Department Chief Chris Nunnery said the fire most likely started in Waters' bedroom and spread from there.
