On Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 31, S.C. Gov. Nikki Haley updated reporters on a massive information breach at the S.C. Department of Revenue. Unknown hackers reportedly accessed more than 3.6 million Social Security numbers from people who paid state income taxes since 1998.
