The LHS girls' win gave the Bruins a split of the league twin bill.
York rallied in the second half for the 53-51 win in the boys' game.
In the opener, Lancaster, which held the lead for the bulk of the first half, saw York charge to forge a 32-30 advantage in the third period.
The Lady Cougars were down 25-20 at the break before the Lady Bruins got rolling.
A 12-5 York run to open the third quarter gave the Lady Cougars a 32-30 edge.
