WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Lancaster County Water and Sewer District has received a $912,000 grant from the U.S. Commerce Department’s Economic Development Administration (EDA).
The grant was announced in a release issued by EDA on Wednesday, March 5.
Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Economic Development Matt Erskine said the grant will fund critical water and sewer infrastructure improvements that will allow Keer America Corp. to build its first U.S. textile manufacturing facility.
