The University of South Carolina at Lancaster baseball team split a twin bill with the Coker College junior varsity on Thursday.
Coker captured the opener, taking an 8-4 win, but USCL rebounded for a 12-1 victory.
In the Lancers’ 11-run win, freshman Trevor Hammond hurled four innings to up his mark to 2-1. He allowed an earned run, two walks and five hits. He fanned three. Jacob Hill worked an inning and allowed a hit.
