KERSHAW – A good bit of trash talk took place at the Monday, Sept. 17, Kershaw Town Council meeting.
No, there wasn’t any arguing or taunting.
Rather, council members discussed a proposal to place new requirements for residents regarding their household garbage.
Town Council voted 6-0 on first reading of an ordinance to amend an existing town ordinance that pertains to containers for residential garbage-collection containers.
