KERSHAW – Officials in the town of Kershaw are bothered by what they see as inappropriate dress and they want to do something about it.
During Town Council’s Aug. 20, meeting, Town Administrator Bryan Pettit explained an agenda item that mentioned a dress code. He spoke of seeing people walking around town shirtless and with pants hanging so low that their underwear was exposed.
