Jackets highlight mat split with 42-39 win over Bruins

Buford High School highlighted a split taking a 42-39 win over Lancaster on Tuesday night.The Jackets, 3-1, were led by Lain Adams, Tyler Douglas, Matt Ray and Lamont McPhearson who each had a pin.The Bruins had pin wins from Casey Truesdale, Joe Craig and Dawan Thompson. Clay Rollings notched a decision for the Bruins, who are now 2-4.Cheraw, which also was part of the tri-match, took a win over the Bruins and Jackets. CHS downed Buford 64-12 and took a 72-6 win over LHS.
