Next Tuesday, on Jan. 18, in a non-binding, advisory referendum, registered voters in the Indian Land Fire District will be asked if Lancaster County Council should establish a fire protection district for the Indian Land area of Lancaster County (meaning the Indian Land Fire District) and fund that district through a fee ($75 per home; $75 per 2,500 square foot or fraction thereof for commercial).
