IL Action Council's first president calls it quits

INDIAN LAND _ The Indian Land Action Council has a new president.

Former president Mack McDonald recently resigned as president of the group, which was started by County Councilman Bryan Vaughn as an advisory board to him in his efforts as Indian Land's county representative.
