HEATH SPRINGS – Heath Springs Town Hall will soon get a major aesthetic upgrade.
At its Tuesday, July 16, meeting, Town Council voted unanimously to accept a bid from a Lancaster County business to build a council bench for the meeting room inside Town Hall on Duncan Street.
The vote was 4-0. Councilman Eddie Moore wasn’t at Tuesday’s meeting.
For $4,178, Quality Woodworks will custom build an oak bench, which will stand 30-inches tall, said Town Administrator Tony Starnes.
