Government wish lists grows as income remains flat

-A A +A

A recent front page of The Lancaster News says it all. There was a story about the unemployment at a very high 11.1 percent and a story about Lancaster County Council looking for more cash on the same page. This is only our second year in Lancaster. Is every year going to be nothing but more demands for cash for government wish lists while our income remains flat?
Poor attendance at budget meetings is no doubt the result of public input being ignored previously.
