Former Bruins- star Robert McGriff to play with USA Athletes tour

Former Lancaster High School basketball star Robert McGriff is taking his game abroad.

McGriff, a junior member of the Pfeiffer University men’s basketball team, has been chosen to participate on the USA Athletes International Basketball Team.

McGriff, a 2005 graduate at Lancaster High School where he played three seasons of basketball, will compete on the 2008 Italian Basketball Series across Italy from May 20-29.

The USA Athletes will play games in Rome, Pisa, Florence, Livorno and Padova, Italy.
