Finally Fridays adding alcohol

Starting with the July show, alcoholic beverages will be available at the city of Lancaster’s Finally Friday downtown concert series.

City Council voted 5-1 at its June 26 meeting to allow beer sales at the events, which are held on the last Friday of each month during the summer.

Councilwoman Linda Blackmon-Brace voted against the motion. Councilman John Howard was not present at the meeting.
