For Tiara Stevens, that number is 14 years, which is the amount of time she has waited to see her father answer for the charge of sexually assaulting her as a child.
Sitting in a Lancaster courtroom Nov. 5, Stevens, now 27, watched anxiously as her father Fred Lee Montgomery, 47, pleaded no contest to the charge of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
