GREAT FALLS – Great Falls Police responded to the Dollar General on Chester Avenue on June 10 for a shoplifting call but upon arrival, learned counterfeit money had been passed at the store.
According to a police incident report, the night manager told police that three black women and a black man came in the store at different times between 9 and 9:45 p.m. and bought money cards using $930 in fake bills.
The complainant told police “something did not feel right and that is why she called police.”
