The ability to play small ball will play a major role in the success of the 2008 Lancaster American Legion Post 31 junior baseball team, according to second-year coach Michael Anderson.“We have to execute the little things in each game,” said Anderson who guided the junior team to a runner-up finish in League V and a postseason bid last season.The Lancaster junior program is in its fourth campaign.“It’s important for us to be sharp on the fundamentals of the game,” he said.
