Evans-Proctor Wedding

Karen C. Evans and Gregory Lawrence Proctor were married Sept. 22, 2012, at North Corner AME Zion Church.
The bride is the daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth Coffey. She is a graduate of Lancaster High School and has an associate’s degree in business management and a degree in communications. She is an accredited business license specialist for the city of Lancaster.
The groom is the son of the late John and Mable Russ. He is a graduate of St. Augustine High School in Florida. He is an equipment operator for the city of Lancaster.
