ROCK HILL – A local business owner is facing scrutiny from a federal agency on sexual harassment charges.
According to a press release from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, TNT Propane, Inc. violated federal law when it subjected a female employee to a sexually hostile work environment resulting in her resignation.
The details of the claim were listed in a lawsuit the EEOC filed on Wednesday, Feb. 19.
