Economic development tops council meeting

A new funding formula and personnel questions were the chief topics as Lancaster County Council discussed economic development at its Sept. 24 meeting.
The discussion began with a proposal from the Lancaster County Economic Development Corp. designed to generate funds for a variety of economic development activities.
