Two concrete plants – Concrete Supply Co. and Thomas Concrete Co. – are contesting the ruling (on their nonconformance status) at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 15at the Building and Zoning Board (BZA) meeting at the Lancaster County Administration Building (101 N. Main St., Lancaster).
This is an important meeting and we need everyone involved. These two companies have not been in operation since October 2009, therefore they have lost their protected status in I-1 industrial zoning.
