Developer gets first OK to change Queensgate zoning to commercial

Queensgate is taking on a new design, as well as a new name.

Lancaster County Council voted unanimously Monday night to rezone 36 acres of a planned development district once known as Queensgate, at the corner of U.S. 521 and S.C. 160. The Tuttle Co. of Rock Hill wants the property rezoned from planned development district to general commercial.
