Raised voices, stern words and a slew of questions filled the air as county officials once again debated the future of the Lancaster County Economic Development Corp. on Monday, Nov. 11.
A relatively quick Lancaster County Council meeting ground to a screeching halt as council members began discussing the final item of the night – the creation of a new LCEDC entity.
In a report to council, County Administrator Steve Willis discussed two draft documents recently developed to create bylaws and a separate economic development fund.
