In a series of votes that left both Lancaster County Council members and audience members scratching their heads, council approved part of a tax-relief plan for the L&C Railroad on Monday night, Dec. 10.
Prior to the votes, L&C Railroad representative Matthew Gedney urged council to approve a plan to help reduce the company’s taxes by thousands of dollars.
